1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered: Item received differs from the order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model).
- Damaged Product Received: Item is damaged during transit or upon receipt.
- Size or Fit Issues: In exceptional cases for apparel or footwear, returns may be accepted. Customers are advised to check the size chart before ordering; avoidable size issues may not be eligible for refund.
- Product Condition: Items must be new or slightly used, with tags, packaging, and accompanying documents intact.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, worn, or customer-damaged products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items returned after the allowed return period.
3. Return Request & RMA Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact support@unilyt.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Provide:
- Order number and purchase date
- Reason for return
- Clear photos showing the issue
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- After verifying the return request, Unilyt will generate an RMA number, which must be included with your return.
- Important: Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed, and refunds will be denied.
Return Methods:
- Standard Return via Courier: Use the provided RMA and return label to send the product back.
- Self-Ship Option: Customers may choose to ship the product using their preferred courier. The RMA must still be included.
- Pickup Option: Customers may request a return pickup from their location. Unilyt will arrange courier pickup after generating the RMA.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Wrong or damaged item: Return shipping is covered by Unilyt.
- Other reasons (e.g., fit/size issues): Shipping is the customerโs responsibility unless using the return pickup service (additional fees may apply).
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Product Condition: Must be in original, unused (or slightly used) condition with tags and documents intact.
- Damaged by Customer / Missing Tags: Refund will not be issued.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping, handling, or restocking fees may be deducted when applicable.
Partial Refunds:
- Items returned in non-original condition may be eligible for a partial refund based on inspection.
Failed Deliveries:
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
- If failure occurs due to merchant or logistics error, the full amount including shipping charges will be refunded.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are treated as a return + new order.
- Exchange requests must comply with the same return window and RMA process as standard returns.
