At Unilyt, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Return and Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received is different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model).
- Damaged Product Received: If the product is damaged during transit or upon receipt.
- Size or Fit Issues: In exceptional cases, where the size or fit is a critical concern (e.g., for apparel or footwear), returns will be accepted within the return window. Kindly ensure the correct size before ordering; refunds for size issues will not be entertained. A dedicated size chart is available on each product page.
- Product Condition: Products must be in new or slightly used condition to be eligible for return.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, worn, or customer-damaged products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items returned after the allowed return period.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your product.
- Provide:
- Order number and purchase date
- Reason for return
- Clear photos showing the issue
Return Method & Label:
- Return Method: By mail
- Return Label: Customer must download and print the return label (Customer responsibility)
Return Shipping Fees:
- Wrong or damaged item: Return shipping is covered by Unilyt
- Other reasons (e.g., fit issues): Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Restocking Fee: A flat INR 100 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received, the refund process begins:
- Product Condition: Must be in original, unused (or slightly used) condition with tags and documents intact
- Damaged by customer or missing tags: No refund will be issued
Refund Timeline:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Deductions: Refunds may exclude applicable shipping/handling/restocking fees
Partial Refunds:
- If the item is returned in non-original condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the inspection
Failed Deliveries:
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order. Exchange requests must follow the same process and time window as returns.
