To achieve this, we have partnered with trusted delivery services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, Ekart, and Ecom Express. These reliable logistics partners help us provide a seamless and secure shipping experience for our customers.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

• Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery Time: Shipping timelines typically range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the buyer’s location. Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout, based on your location and order value.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order directly on our website using the tracking page.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND FAILED DELIVERY

• Our delivery partners will make only one delivery attempt to deliver the package in rare cases upto three delivery attempts will be made.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to:
  • Absence of the buyer at the delivery location, or
  • Refusal to accept the package,
    the order will be marked as a failed delivery and returned to us.
• In such cases, shipping duties (both to and from the buyer) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We take utmost care in packing your orders to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@unilyt.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide clear images of the damaged item and the packaging for a quick resolution.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Unilyt ships only within India. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping in the future.
