1. Shipping Policy

At Unilyt, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely, securely, and on time. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers including Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, Ekart, Valmo (by Meesho), Shadowfax, and Ecom Express.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes 3–12 business days within India, depending on the buyer’s location.
Remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on location and order value.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided via email, SMS, or the website tracking page.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery:

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery fails due to buyer absence or refusal, the package will be returned.
Refund Handling:
- If the delivery failure is due to buyer actions, shipping duties will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If delivery failure occurs due to merchant or logistics error, the full amount including shipping charges will be refunded.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items to support@unilyt.com / +91 8076322673 within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging, for a quick resolution.

International Shipping:

Currently, Unilyt ships only within India. Updates on international shipping will be provided in the future.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order is processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately at support@unilyt.com / +91 8076322673 or cancel it from the tracking page in the orders section.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
- If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Any bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund as applicable.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our return process as outlined in the Refund Policy.
